This past week has been awesome. We have started teaching a couple families and have more that we will start teaching this week. I know that there are thousands of people prepared to hear the gospel everywhere. Also this week we were finding and we met a cool lady from south Africa and were able to talk about the gospel with her. One of the questions that she had is why we need a prophet. So this week elder Alamoni and I have been discussing the roles of prophets and I am so grateful to have a prophet in these days. Prophet are a huge blessing and are essential to God's plan. So a fun experience I had happened on Friday morning. for exercises I was doing my pushups and I heard a pop in my neck and it started hurting really bad. It got so bad that I couldn't move it. But after a blessing and some ibuprofen it feels great now. I looked pretty funny though having to move my entire body when I wanted to look around. On Saturday we had a service for a family that is m...
This week has been pretty awesome. So one thing that has really stood out to me this week is that as we pray and do all we can to share the gospel there will be people that come out of nowhere and hearts are softened. We have found and been able to meet a lot of great people this week. This week we had exchanges so I was with Elder Gardner again. We visited the old Italian man Frank again and he made us a fish stew. Then later that night we went and had a lesson with a couple that are on date for baptism. We brought a member couple with us and it was awesome as they shared their conversion story. On Saturday we had a service with one of the Part member families in the ward moving a heap of pot plants from one house to another. Then later that night we had a dinner appointment with a member and while we were there a heap of friends came over. It was cool because all of them were from the same suburb in new Zealand as my companion. I know that God put us here for a reason. Th...

So this week the weather has been starting to warm up and stopped raining so we have been out on the bikes heaps. So the craziest thing that happen this week was when we went finding. We locked up our bikes to a pole and then left to go knock some doors. Then when we got back and Elder Alamoni was like "where's my bike seat?" Apparently while we were gone someone tried to steal our bikes but couldn't so they just grabbed his seat. So we searched around just in case they hid it but we didn't find it so we just took one of the other elders seats until we get a replacement. On Thursday we has the follow up training for Elder Alamoni and we were able to receive training from Pres and Sis. Bennallack. Then later that night the stake had a meeting with the mission pres and members from the ward in eh stake. Pres Bennallack talked about how the mission would be focusing on having the missionaries work with members to be able to share the gospel with friends an...
