Picture of old area and new area. The small light blue box is my former area, the giant one is my new area (It's roughly the size of Colorado). So, this week I found out that I’m getting transferred to Narrogin which is a huge country area about 2 hours southeast of here but it’s still in our district. I’m really excited to be heading there. At the beginning of this week we had exchanges with the elders serving there. They are both American. My new companion will be Elder Richins from Utah. Last p-day we had a zone variety show. our district combined with Thornlie and we danced to some Moana music. It was so funny. For the exchanges I was with Elder Richins and we were on fire while tracting. It’s funny because we talked to one guy about his beliefs and he told us he thought we were all one. We asked how he came to that belief and he told us drugs. OK, at least he was honest. Anyway, this whole week it has been raining like crazy. On Thursday, we had planned...

Its crazy. This transfer has gone by so fast. This is the last week. Also next Monday is a holiday because of the queens birthday so p-day is on Tuesday. So last Monday we had our district p-day but we were combined with Thornlie ward. We all got together at the chapel and played games like the egg and spoon race, moving m&ms from one bowl to another with a straw, apple bobbing, and others. It was lots of fun. Then we made heaps of food and had a feast. Later that night at an appointment we were talking and all of a sudden I felt really sick. it was like nothing I'd ever felt before. I had elder Anitema give me a blessing and it helped a lot. Then the person we were visiting decided he wanted to help so he said the Lord's prayer in Maori over some water and then flicked it at us. It was so weird. The next day I felt great. The Priesthood is awesome! We had district meeting and then later that night we had a meeting with all the ward councils in the Sout...

This week was pretty busy. On Wednesday, we had interviews with President. That was fun but it was more like me asking him questions and him answering. On Thursday, we had follow up training which was intense. They had us practice teaching the first 2 lessons. President also taught us a lot of stuff and the assistants talked about loving your companion which was fun. On Saturday we taught Liam the first lesson and got him to pray but unfortunately, he canceled the baptism date because his mum doesn’t want him to jump in too fast. On Sunday, we got a new ward mission leader. We also took a recent convert to a come and see held in Perth. It was fun to see a bunch of different missionaries. It’s cool because there is another elder Nelson. Today is our district pday so we are playing games at the chapel. Also this week Elder Anitema showed me the fire dance. It was pretty cool. Anyway hopefully everything is going well in America. Have a great week and remember God loves each o...

Hey Everyone, This week was crazy and full of miracles. Fasting and praying really work. So this week we have done a lot of tracting. It is really hard to find people here. Usually when we knock on a door and tell people we are missionaries they tell us they are not interested and close the door pretty fast even when we offer to serve them. It’s cool because there are a lot of different types of people here. I have talked to people from Europe, Islanders, Asians, Indians, Africans, and Aboriginals. They also have a lot of Muslims that are here. I met one Muslim boy that had the Koran memorized which was crazy. Anyway after the temple on Thursday we went and played some rugby which is fun. It’s cool because Elder Anitema is really good at cutting hair and so as we tract he offers to cut peoples hair for free. We were actually able to give someone a Book of Mormon by doing this. On Friday we had Zone Leader Council and we went because Elder Anitema is the ...
