So this week has been crazy. On Wednesday we drove up to Perth for transfers. It was hard leaving the Narrogin area and I will miss the branch and people there. At transfers I got my new companion Elder Liao who is from China. He has been out for a while and his English is great. Last transfer he broke his wrist and elbow pretty bad after a bike accident so we are not able to bike and I am still driving. Our area is in Butler ward and in our district is one of my old companions Elder Richins from Narrogin. After transfers we had to head to the doctors so Elder Liao could get some xrays. Also on Wednesday was Anzac day which is when they remember those that served in the military here.  The next day we had to head to the doctors again for more appointments. then on Friday we had district meeting and it was nice not having to Skype in. On Sunday we had ward council in the morning and then during sacrament meeting they had me introduce myself and bear my testimony. Th...
This week has been crazy. So on Monday we were up in Perth for our zone p-day. With the rest of the zone we played games like chair soccer, kickball, and red light-green light. I also got Elder Mejia to teach me how to play Australian Rules Football, or Footy. Afterwards we went on exchanges with the District leader, Elder Kleven. They had a long list of referrals from years ago so we started calling each one. I called one guy and it turns out that he had already joined the church but had moved and didn't know where the chapel was in his new city so we got him in contact with the missionaries there. The next morning we had district meeting and we were actually there in person instead of having to skype in. After district meeting Elder Mejia and Elder Kleven went to the mission office to get elder Mejia's Bike fixed, and I went with Elder Christofferson and then we swapped when they came back after lunch and I was with Elder Kleven again. The next day we traveled ...

This week has been pretty awesome. At the start of this week we did service and mowed a huge back yard that was all massive weeds. It was so bad that the mower kept dying but we eventually cut it all. Then later this week we went down to Katanning. We followed up with one of our potentials and while we were talking to him he let us hold his pet snake and he also showed us his pet pig. (pigs are so cool). We were able to teach him the restoration. He is awesome and has such a strong belief in God. He also told us that he felt the spirit as he read the Book of Mormon. Then in Narrogin we were following up with potentials in the area book and we met a lady that knew one of the members. She told us that she had come to the church a couple times ages ago with one of her member friends. While we were talking to her she told us that she had been feeling the urge to come back to the church and asked if it would be alright if she just came. So we said yes. The spirit is real! O...
Crikey mate, this week was awesome. So at the very start of the week as we were riding our push bikes, one of Elder Mejia's pedals fell off.  We kept screwing it back on and it kept falling off. We then discovered that both the screw part and the part it screws into were stripped so we decided to get creative. We tried super glue but that didn't work. So then we tried more super glue, heaps of sticky tape, and about half a dozen cable ties. That went alright until we got got halfway up a hill and everything broke. So now we walk. One funny thing that happened this week was while we were following up with a potential investigator. We were walking up to the house when all of a sudden we see a 5 or 6 chooks (chickens) appear on the other side of the road. At first were were confused why there were chickens in the neighborhood, then they started walking towards us and hopped up the stairs to the front porch where we were and we were surrounded by them. Then I was eve...
